Running a contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes on TrendWarz? These rules exist to protect participants, keep promotions legitimate, and ensure everyone competes fairly. Read and follow them before you launch.

Required Disclosures
SWEEPSTAKES RULES
Any promotion that selects winners through a random draw must clearly and publicly disclose all of the following before entries open:
The full legal name and contact information of the sponsoring brand or individual
Exact start and end dates including timezone
A clear description of who is eligible to enter
How winners will be selected - random draw, judged criteria, or community vote
A complete description of the prize, including its exact value
When and how prizes will be delivered to winners
Odds of winning where required by applicable law
Any geographic restrictions on who can participate
Who Can Enter
ELIGIBILITY
These rules apply to all promotions on TrendWarz unless your official rules state more restrictive criteria.
Open to users 18 years of age or older unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise
Users aged 13-17 may participate only with verifiable parental or guardian consent
Void where prohibited by law - sponsors are responsible for checking eligibility in all jurisdictions they target
TrendWarz employees, contractors, advisors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win
One entry per person per promotion unless the rules explicitly allow multiple entries
Entries submitted through bots or automated scripts will be disqualified immediately
Specific Format
BATTLE-BASED PROMOTIONS
If your promotion uses a TrendWarz battle as the selection or judging mechanism, these additional rules apply:
The battle must follow all standard TrendWarz voting rules - no vote buying, no coordinated manipulation
Winners must be determined solely by community vote outcomes - sponsors cannot override or adjust results
Results are final once the battle's voting period closes
TrendWarz reserves the right to void results in cases of confirmed vote manipulation
Your Responsibility
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Sponsors are solely responsible for ensuring their promotion complies with all applicable laws in every jurisdiction where it is offered. TrendWarz is not liable for any legal violations by promotion sponsors. We may remove any promotion we believe violates applicable law, without notice.
Registration
Some jurisdictions require sweepstakes to be registered before launch. This is the sponsor's responsibility to verify and fulfill.
Bonding
Bonding may be required for high-value promotions in some jurisdictions. Sponsors must obtain any required bonds before the promotion goes live.
Tax Obligations
Prizes above applicable tax thresholds may require sponsors to collect tax documentation from winners. This is the sponsor's obligation, not TrendWarz's.
Age Verification
If your promotion involves age-restricted prizes, you are responsible for verifying winner eligibility before delivering the prize.
Prize Fulfillment
Sponsors are solely responsible for delivering prizes as described in the promotion rules. Failure to deliver prizes may result in removal from the platform.
Enforcement
REPORTING VIOLATIONS
If you see a promotion that appears fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant, report it immediately.
Email ads@trendwarz.com with the promotion name or URL, your specific concern, and any supporting evidence. We investigate all reports within 48 hours and remove promotions that violate these rules.
Sponsors who repeatedly violate these rules or run fraudulent promotions will be permanently removed from the TrendWarz advertising platform.
