TrendWarz is built on authenticity. These policies exist to protect that - for the creators who build this platform, the users who trust it, and the brands who invest in reaching them. Ads that respect these policies perform better. Ads that don't will be removed.

Hard Limits
WHAT WE DON'T ALLOW
These categories are permanently prohibited. No exceptions, regardless of budget or creative execution.
Tobacco, cigarettes, vaping, or nicotine products of any kind
Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
Illegal products or services in any jurisdiction where TrendWarz operates
Predatory financial products - payday loans, high-interest lending, pyramid schemes
Adult content, sexual services, or sexually explicit material
Content that demeans, mocks, or targets any person based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
Fake news, misinformation, or deliberately misleading claims
Political advertising of any kind - candidates, parties, or political causes
Multi-level marketing or get-rich-quick schemes
Any content that violates our Community Guidelines
Additional Review Required
RESTRICTED CATEGORIES
These categories require additional review and approval before any campaign goes live. Contact us before submitting creative for these categories.
Alcohol
Must comply with laws in every region where the ad is served. Must not target users under the legal drinking age. Responsible consumption messaging required where mandated by law.
Gambling & Gaming
Real-money gambling requires proof of valid licensing in every jurisdiction targeted. Social casino and free-to-play formats are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Financial Services
Must be licensed and regulated. No services targeting financially vulnerable users. All claims must be accurate, substantiated, and compliant with local financial advertising law.
Health & Wellness
No unsubstantiated health or medical claims. Supplements must comply with applicable regulations. Medical products require appropriate disclaimers.
Weight Loss
No before/after imagery. No guaranteed results claims. No targeting of users who may be at risk of eating disorders.
Cryptocurrency
Must clearly disclose investment risks. No guaranteed return claims. Subject to additional review in all regions.
Standards
WHAT YOUR ADS MUST DO
Be clearly and visibly labeled as "Sponsored" - no exceptions
Accurately represent the product, service, or brand being advertised
Not use misleading imagery, fabricated testimonials, or fake reviews
Not imitate the TrendWarz interface or brand to deceive users
Not use fear, urgency, or psychological manipulation to pressure users
Include a working, relevant landing page - broken or unrelated pages will be removed immediately
Comply with applicable advertising laws in every country where the ad is served
Not contain content prohibited under our Community Guidelines
Targeting

- -Lookalike audiences built from sensitive category data
- -Targeting based on data obtained outside of TrendWarz
Enforcement
IF YOUR AD IS REJECTED
Rejection Notice
If your ad is rejected, you'll receive an email explaining the specific reason within 48 hours of submission. Common reasons include prohibited category, missing "Sponsored" label, misleading claims, or a broken landing page.
How to Appeal
Email ads@trendwarz.com with the subject line "Ad Rejection Appeal" within 14 days. Include your campaign reference, the ad creative, and a clear explanation of how it complies with our policies. We review all appeals within 5 business days.
Repeat Violations
Advertisers with repeated confirmed policy violations will be permanently suspended from the TrendWarz advertising platform. Severe violations - including attempts to deceive users or target minors - may result in immediate suspension without prior warning.
